Shipping Rates

We offer free standard shipping on all orders above ₹2000. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping rate will apply at checkout.

Cash on Delivery

Please note that Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available. All payments must be made securely online at the time of purchase.

Returns Policy

Return Window

We offer a generous 360-day return window from the date of delivery. If 360 days have gone by since your purchase arrived, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Items that show signs of wear or damage will not be accepted.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Warranty Information

Coverage

All narkk furniture comes with a 2-year structural warranty from the date of delivery. This covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal, indoor residential use.

What is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, modifications made by the user, damages caused by improper assembly, misuse, accidents, or exposure to extreme environmental conditions.

How to Claim

To make a warranty claim, please email our support team with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the defect. Our team will assess the claim and, if approved, arrange for a repair or replacement.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may change. Here is how you can cancel your order.

Cancellation Window

You may cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been processed for dispatch.

After Dispatch

If you wish to cancel an order after 24 hours or once it has entered the dispatch process, it will be treated as a return. In this case, please refer to our Returns Policy and refuse delivery or send the item back to us once received.
