ORDERS & SHIPPING
How long does delivery take?
3-7 working days across India. We ship Monday through Saturday.
Do you ship outside India?
Not yet. We currently ship across India only. International shipping is planned for 2025.
Can I track my order?
Yes — a tracking link is sent to your email once your order ships.
Can I change my delivery address?
Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best.
RETURNS & REPAIRS
What is the 360-day return policy?
You can return any narkk product within 360 days of purchase, no questions asked. The product doesn't need to be unused.
How do I start a return?
Email hello@narkk.com with your order number. We'll arrange pickup.
How do I start a repair?
Write to us with your order number and a photo of what needs fixing. We'll guide you through it.
Is repair free?
Minor repairs are free. For significant damage, we'll give you a transparent quote before proceeding.
PRODUCTS
Are all accessories compatible with all boards?
Yes. Every Tulai accessory is designed to fit every Tulai board, regardless of size.
What wood is the pegboard made from?
Solid birch plywood, 16mm thick, CNC-drilled and hand-sealed.
Can I add to my pegboard over time?
Absolutely. That's by design — start with one board and one or two accessories, add more as your needs change.
Do you have a showroom?
Not yet. We're based in Chennai and are planning pop-up events — follow us on Instagram for updates.
PAYMENTS
What payment methods do you accept?
UPI, Debit/Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), Net banking, and EMI via Razorpay.
Is payment secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through Razorpay, which is PCI-DSS compliant.
Can I pay on delivery?
We currently don't offer cash on delivery. All orders require online payment.
