Processing Time
At Narkk, we don't believe in mass production. Our products are made to order to avoid unnecessary waste. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed, crafted, and prepared for dispatch.
Delivery Time
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your location within India. Remote or non-metro areas may take slightly longer.
Shipping Partner
We partner with Shiprocket to ensure the safest and fastest delivery. Depending on your pin code, we use reliable carriers such as Blue Dart, DTDC, Delhivery, or Xpressbees.
Order Tracking
Once your order leaves our workshop, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can use this link to track your shipment's journey in real time.
Damaged in Transit
We package our products with extreme care, but accidents can happen on the road. If your product arrives damaged or the packaging looks tampered with:
- Please email hello@narkk.in within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include your order number and clear photos of the damage (both the product and the packaging).
- We will arrange a replacement or refund at absolutely no cost to you.
International Shipping
We currently ship only within India. However, international shipping is on our roadmap. Follow us on Instagram @narkkloop for updates on when we open borders.
