Eligibility

Item must be unused and in its original condition. Return request must be raised within 360 days of delivery.

How to Return

Email hello@narkk.in with your order number and reason for return. We'll arrange a free pickup within 3 business days. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace or fully refund the item — no questions asked.
