The 24-Hour Window
At Narkk, every product is made to order. Once an order is placed, it enters our production queue fairly quickly. Because of this, we offer a 24-hour window from the time of your purchase to cancel your order for a full, no-questions-asked refund.
How to Cancel
To cancel your order within the 24-hour window, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to hello@narkk.in
- Use the exact subject line: "Order Cancellation"
- Include your Order Number and the name used for the purchase in the email body.
We will confirm your cancellation via email within a few hours.
After 24 Hours
If 24 hours have passed since your purchase, your order has likely already entered the crafting process. At this stage, cancellation is no longer possible.
However, we stand behind our products. Once your order is delivered, our 360-Day Returns & Refunds Policy will fully apply. You can evaluate the product in your space and choose to return it if it doesn't meet your expectations.
Refund Timeline for Cancellations
If you successfully cancel your order within 24 hours:
- The refund will be processed immediately on our end.
- It typically takes 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, or Net Banking), depending on your bank.
